CONNIE DORIS LICOPPE
(nee MICHAUD)
June 23, 1975 – August 13, 2020
"Even the worse storms got to end."

It is with profound sadness that our family announces the sudden and peaceful passing of Connie Licoppe, after a very brief battle with Cancer at HSC, with her loving daughter Alyssa by her side.
She is survived by the joys of her life, sons, Jordan and Dylan and daughter Alyssa (Austin), and their dad Mack; her mother Doris, and brother Evan (Sara). Also left to mourn are her nephews and nieces, uncle and aunts and many cousins. Connie was predeceased by her father (2008) and brother Lorne (2015).
Connie was born the third of three children to Arthur and Doris Michaud in Windsor, ON. At the young age of four she moved with her family to Winnipeg in 1979. She met Mack and they married in 1998. Connie met Mack when she was 18 and they spent 27 years together. During their time together they were blessed with Jordan, Dylan and Alyssa. Connie had an amazing "Big Heart" and loved her children with her entire heart and soul. Connie had an amazing work ethic; she was so proud of her career of 15 years with Manitoba Hydro. Connie also worked for two years with her brother Evan as Office Manager at Hi Tech Installations Ltd., the last 10 years she was working with special needs females and troubled teens at BHF (Behavioural Health Foundation) and worked with troubled adults at Turning Leaf. Her work with troubled people gave her much love as she gave it her entire heart and soul into working with them all. This is where she had met many great friends. Those folks gave her many nicknames, one of them being "Con Con". Connie was a happy person and always made people laugh with her funny jokes and stories. She had an unbelievable love in her heart for her animals (to name a few Teddy, Oreo, Roxy, and Cheeko) and many cats. She also shared her love of animals with Alyssa, Dylan and Jordan; it was something that gave Connie great joy that they all loved and cared for their animals together. She also would spend many hours on her cellphone and tablet connecting with her many friends on Facebook/ Instagram/ Snapchat. She had a big amazing smile; when she smiled, her big blue eyes would sparkle like diamonds and her loud laugh was so heartwarming it would make your heart feel her happiness. The Licoppe/Michaud families would like to extend their sincere appreciation and give thanks to Connie's special friend Charlotte for being there for Alyssa during the last few difficult days before Connie's passing.
Due to Covid-19, a private service was held to celebrate Connie's life and she was laid to rest beside her brother Lorne at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home.

Connie "the person with the biggest heart
