JACOB PETER WIEBE

On Thursday, March 5, 2020, on the way to Boundary Trails Health Centre, Jacob Peter Wiebe, aged 96 years of Winkler, Manitoba, formerly of the Zion School District, slipped away to be with Jesus.
He leaves to mourn children, Ethel and Al Schroeder, Les and Isabella, Walt and Heather, Harold and Cathy, and Laurelly and Timothy Adshead; grandchildren, Becky (Nathan), Francis (Cathy), Amy (Aaron), Matt (Jac), Anthony (Shayla), Carla (Colin), Eric (Jenaya), Heidi (Troy), Naomi, Elise, Aedan, Niamh, Christopher and Sean; and great-grandchildren, Travis, Cole, Conway, Levi, Miriam, Xavier, Aria, Elliot, Helena, Noah, Scott, Chelsea, Micah, Natalie, Sadie, Caleb, and Hazel. He was predeceased by his wife Katie in 2012, two sisters, Annie and Mary and their husbands. He is survived by brothers-in-law, Art, Bert and Alfred (Audrey), and sister-in-law Esther Dyck as well as a large extended family.
Memorial service was held August 15, 2020 at Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church. Ash interment at a later date.
