CONSTANCE MARIE CONNELLY
(DESJARLAIS)
July 10, 1946 - August 19, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Connie Marie Connelly announces her passing on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, peacefully at the E. M. Crowe Memorial Hospital in Eriksdale, Manitoba, at the age of 74 years.
Connie will be lovingly remembered by her children, Don (Sheila), Donna (Claude), John and Monica (Jack). Nanny will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Marie (Eddie), Kayla (Wade), Alex, Shawn, Chelsey (Mike), Brett, Jade, Jenna, Dalton and Kyle, as well as her great-grandchildren, Michael, Phoenix, Tyler, Taylor, Shyla and Rylee.
Connie is also survived by her sisters, Esther Berriman and Ann (Bob) Harris, along with in-laws, Thelma Desjarlais and Sandra Desjarlais.
She was predeceased by her husband Bryan, her parents, Jean and Eva Desjarlais, her siblings, Irene, Edward, Gerald, Harold, Lorraine, Frederick, Jean, Ronald, Shirley, Doreen and George.
Connie was born on July 10, 1946, in Eriksdale, Manitoba. She married the love of her life Bryan ‘arguing partner’ on October 1, 1966 at Notre Dame Church. They later resided and raised their family at the Quarry. Connie worked various jobs that included commercial fishing, farming and home care. In her free time, Connie enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, playing cards and bingo. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren and being there for their activities.
A private service will be held at the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church with Father Paul Tinguely officiating.
Our family wishes to thank E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital and Stonewall Hospital.

  • Although it may seem a bit darker today because We lost 1 of our Shining Stars. Heaven has become much Brighter today because 2 Kindred Stars have rejoined and are now rejoicing with much Love, Laughter, and I dare say...a bit of Lunacy....lol.
