Alberta was born January 7, 1943. She was a very compassionate, dedicated and outgoing person.
Alberta was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Colleen Beaudry; her younger brother Wayne; nephew Darwin; and her loving dog Tikka.
She will be sadly missed by her family; Lawrence, Rennae, Sherri and Randy (Collete). She has twelve nephews and nieces and grand-nephews and nieces.
Our family and friends would like to send many thanks to all of our extended family and friends for all of their support. As well, to the medical support staff at the Concordia Hospital.
In keeping with Alberta's wishes, cremation has taken place and a family gathering will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alberta's memory to Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter at petrescueshelter.com.

Condolences & Memories (6 entries)
When I was a young girl in Pinawa, visiting Alberta with my mom was one of my favourite things! She always had toys and colouring books for us. She was so sweet and kind; she made me special. They used to come out to our cottage at times and that was even better because we'd have more time with her. She and my dad (who worked with Russ) kept in touch once in awhile over the years and I always enjoyed hearing how she was. I ran into her in an elevator about 20 years ago; I sure would have loved to have had a chance for a proper catch up with her in recent years. My sincerest condolences to the family. - Posted by: Kelly (Friend ) on: Oct 12, 2021
Alberta and family grew up just down the road from us. I spoke with her in March and learned of her cancer and treatments. I know she was awarded for her volunteer work. She was invited for lunch with some of us from the Hill but she had promised to volunteer that day even though she was taking treatment. I remember her kind and caring ways. Her Mom and our Mom were great friends. She always asked about the others in our family. RIP Alberta. - Posted by: Gladys Nielsen (Friend) on: Sep 06, 2020
Please accept my deepest condolences. Many a Christmas Eve was spent with Alberta, enjoying a wonderful meal prepared by our hosts Sissel and Ernie followed by a card game. Always a fun evening sharing good food, fellowship with friends and many laughs. Rest in peace Alberta. Natale - Posted by: Natalie Denesovych (friend) on: Sep 06, 2020
I got to know Alberta in our small group Bible studies at our church. I enjoyed her friendship and was saddened to hear of her cancer and then her passing. I will miss her. A friend, Sharon Lepp - Posted by: Sharon Lepp (Friend) on: Sep 05, 2020
