Abe leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 58 years Ingrid (nee Martens); children, Ralph (Coleen) and Mark; grandchildren, Travis and Kendra; brothers, George, Henry, Art and Ed. He was predeceased by his parents, Gerhard and Aganeta Penner; sister Tina and brother Alfred.
Public service to celebrate his life will he held Wednesday, September 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Sargent Avenue Mennonite Church. Private interment to follow at Springstein Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Mennonite Central Committee or Canadian Food Grains Bank.
