I was shocked and saddened by Vic's passing....he was a great guy and we had many interesting coffee talks when I lived in Winnipeg. He was a good soul...talented and smart...gone far too soon... - Posted by: Arlene Daly (Co-worker) on: Mar 19, 2021

A great Guy to work with at Revenue Canada even for the short time that it was. The tenor sax that he loved was a miracle to behold. The memories are all great. My condolences to his family and friends - Posted by: Brian McLeish (co-worker) on: Sep 13, 2020
