  • Frank and family I am so sorry for your loss, I really enjoyed going over to your Apartment after your mom was always so nice to me and always had a smile for me David Salita - Posted by: David Salita (Friend ) on: Sep 19, 2020

  • David, Frank, Les, Jackie and family, Linda was a special person. She was kind and generous and always welcoming. My Mom, Dot, was very fond of Linda and Linda her. They would talk on the phone for hours. I remember there was always lots of laughing on those calls. Linda was so good to my Mom especially when she was sick, flying here for a visit. If not for Linda I am not sure this side of the family would ever be in touch with your side. When we were in Winnipeg two summers ago we had a great visit with Linda and she hosted us all for dinner. We got to meet Les and Sandy and were sorry that we did not get to meet you David and Frank. She was so proud of you both. Both of us were struck by Linda's determination and ability to make the best of her situation. This was apparent when she told us the story of needing assistance from fire-fighters while at a dance. She never forgot the care she received as evidenced by her donation at that time and her request for donations in her obituary. She will be missed. We are sorry for your loss.
