January 6, 1997 - September 14, 2020
Jade's siblings: sisters, Jamie, Sadi, Serenity, Hailey, Alexa and Teresa; brothers, Chance, Lance, Jacob, Jace and Trevor; her special nephews and niece, Joanna-Leigh, Darian and Maliaka. Jade was fortunate to have two fathers, Vince Lathlin and extended family and Herborn Moar and extended family. Jade also leaves numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and special cousins that meant a lot to Jade.
Jade became a daughter, granddaughter, loving sister, aunt and special cousin.
Jade enjoyed sharing and receiving love with everyone she knew.
Funeral services to held at the Aboriginal Funeral Home, Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
