KENNETH ROY NACHTIGALL
The Man. The Myth. The Legend...
Ken will be greatly missed for his unique sense of humour which he passed down to his two daughters, Carla and Kyla, and also to his six grandsons, Dustin, Jaydon, Rhys, Parker, Micah and Grayson. He will also be greatly missed by his sister Wanda and nephew Kevin (Erin) of Abbotsford, BC, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, also his great friends and relatives that he held so dear to his heart throughout the years.
Ken was also known for his many decades as a heavy duty diesel mechanic, his love of flying, his sweet tooth for Big Turk chocolate bars and his hatred for corn.
Ken did not live an average life. He travelled where he wanted to travel, laughed inappropriately at every chance, learned what he wanted to learn, fixed what he wanted to fix and loved who he wanted to love, and did so with his whole heart.
"Ken, your wings were ready but our hearts were not. You fought so hard to stay with us, but now your battle is over and you are at peace, pain free and are finally able to meet your big brother, John. You are so greatly missed, loved and will be in our hearts forever. Until we meet again, sweetheart... xoxo"

I'm going to miss seeing your handsome face, your quick wit, eating sweets together and our many years of friendship. Most of all, hearing your raspy voice saying "Donna Oklahoma" with a smile on your face when you would see me. See you when I see you my friend. Love Donna "Oklahoma" xo - Posted by: Donna Alexander (Van Raes) (Married to my friend of 60 years. ❤) on: Sep 26, 2020
