ROGER AUGUSTINE FRANCIS JULIEN

Roger Augustine Francis Julien, aged 72 years, peacefully passed, with loved ones close to his side, on October 1, 2020.
Roger is survived by his wife Constance and they together shared in the joys of marriage for many years.
He was born in Tacarigua, West Indies and was the third son of Theresa and Francis Julien.
Roger made Canada his home, finishing high school, then continuing his education; graduating from the University of Manitoba and retired from his position with the Winnipeg School Division No.1.
Roger loved all of his children: Rene, Jason, Ria, Kyle, Aaron, Ava and Michelle and always wished for their happiness. Roger leaves to mourn MANY siblings, nieces, nephews and friends who will always remember his passion for life.

  • Sorry to hear of the loss of Roger. He was a friend colleague and sometimes mentor.There are are many students who benefitted from his patience knowledge and unconditional love and care. We were not only colleagues but friends debaters and often banter about education politics history international studies finance.I treasured these times and am a better man for having debated with Roger. He loved his family and shared that love through how proud he was of all of them.
