PETKAU: Alvin Henry Petkau,August 29, 1939-August 3, 2020. With heavy hearts, we announce that Al passed away on August 3, 2020 at home in Winnipeg at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Doreen; daughters Maureen, Leanne (Amos), and Karen; grandchildren Jordan and Declan How; and siblings Harold (Dorothy), Ervin (Loraine), and Grace (Gerald Loeppky). In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial and celebration of his life will be held on Al’s birthday.
