DESMARAIS: Passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre on Tuesday January 6, 2009 at the age of 61 years, Stanley Alfred Desmarais, of Wawanesa, Manitoba. Stan leaves to mourn his passing his children Billy, Matthew, and Loris Lynne Desmarais, Duane Ennis, Darcy Ennis, Dana Drohan, Derek Desmarais & Angie Desmarais all of Brandon, mother Ellen Desmarais of Glenboro, sister Darlene (Rick) Wood of Carstairs, Alberta, as well as numerous extended relatives and friends. Stan was predeceased by his father Fred in 1966. A Celebration of Stan’s life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Interment will take place in the Millford Cemetery. Friends that so desire, memoriams may be made in Stan’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Manitoba Lung Association.
