Otto was born February 5th, 1932 in Waldersee, Manitoba, to Fred and Emma Hacker. Otto was predeceased by his parents Emma (in 1986) and Fred (1988) and his brother-in-law Joe Studer (2005). He is survived by his three sisters Ann Studer of Ontario, Connie (Dieter) Janzen of Texas, Ruth (Joe) Zuke of Gladstone and by his brother Larry (Diane) Hacker of Brandon. Over the years, Otto enjoyed playing hockey, hunting, playing cards, carpentry and going for coffee with his friends. He enjoyed the trips he took to visit his sisters, and the get-togethers at family gatherings. Pallbearers will be Jerry Hacker, Ron Zuke, Laird Lidster, Rob Grant, Ken Mauthe and Jerry Buffi.
