HENRY: Albert Louis Henry, December 5, 1916- July 4, 2009, age 92 12 years. Albert was born in Pharr, Texas, USA and came to Canada with his parents and siblings when he was 7 years old. He married Elise Charles from the Lauder, Manitoba area on July 25, 1946. Their happy marriage lasted for sixty three years. He was an avid handyman, inventor and talented at many occupations he had throughout his life. Dancing was his favorite pastime along with being a practical joker. His trademark was his Stetson hats which he wore everywhere. He is survived by his wife Elise and two sons Alcid (Anita) and Leonil (Joyce) all of Brandon. There are three grandchildren Angela (Darrell), Tyler (Jody), Melanie (Mike) and eight great-grandchildren Justin, Alana, Spencer, Jordan, Rayanne, Nolan, Chesley and Randi. He also leaves one great-great-grandson Alexander. A sister Clementine Martin and a brother Adrian (Ann) also survive. A memorial service honoring Alberts life will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 34th Street and Park Avenue, Brandon on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm. All are welcome to attend.
