CLELAND: Alex Cleland of Rossburn, Manitoba passed away at his residence on Monday, July 27, 2009 at the age of 97 years. Alex is survived by his son, Wendell (Jean) Cleland of Rossburn and daughter, Elaine (Del) Stitt of Winnipeg; sister-in-law Margaret Cleland of Rossburn; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at the Rossburn Community Church, Rossburn. Interment will follow in the Rossburn Municipal Cemetery. Russ Andrew will officiate.
