BLOOMER: William Andrew Cecil (Bill) Bloomer passed away at the Melita Personal Care Home on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the age of 84. A graveside service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Napinka Cemetery, Napinka, Manitoba with Reverend Jeri Bjornson officiating. Donations may be given to the Napinka Cemetery Fund, Box 95, Napinka, Manitoba, R0M 1N0 or to the Melita Legion Poppy Fund, Box 359, Melita, Manitoba, R0M 1L0.
