HORNE: Irene Horne of Brandon passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the age of 89 years. Irene is survived by her children Beverley Traford of Brandon, Wayne (Shirley) Horne of Strathclair, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Ave., Brandon with Pastor Mike Davis and Pastor Len Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Kenton, at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200 17th Street East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 7M6.
