McKENZIE: Irene McKenzie of Souris, formerly of Brandon, beloved mother of Donna Robins and Elaine McLean, passed away peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the age of 95 years. A service of remembrance will be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, 401 – 1st Street, Brandon on Friday, November 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. John Dolloff officiating. A private family interment will take place prior to the church service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Irene may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 727B – 10th Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 4G7 or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, Unit 3, 824 – 18th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 5B7.
