ALLEN: Florence Jonlyn Lynn (nee Clawson). On December 4, 2009, Lynn Allen of Riverheights Terrace in Brandon, passed away suddenly at the age of 72 years. Lynn was predeceased by her loving husband Keith Allen in 2007, her sister, Burnis Papineau and her mother and father (Isabella and John Mathew Clawson). She will be dearly missed and leaves to cherish her memory her true friend, Cindy Monson and family of Brandon, and her brother James Arthur Clawson of Edmonton, Alberta, numerous nieces and nephews as well as great- nieces and great-nephews. Lynn spent many years as a volunteer with the Telephone Pioneers. When she wasnt volunteering she was busy doing what she loved, sewing or working with clay. In keeping with Lynns wishes, cremation has taken place. A Come & Go Celebration of Lynn & Keith Allens Life will be held at 8 Jaguar Place, on Friday, January 1, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. A formal ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Lynn may be made to the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba, c/o Allison Ryplanski, Unit 2-710 Rosser Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 0K9 or to a charity of ones choice.
