BUDINSKI: Frank Tony Budinski of Brandon, Manitoba passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Frank was born March 2, 1923 in Brandon to John Budynski and Anne Kartakushka and grew up in a family of twelve. He attended school at Fleming and Earl Oxford and later went to work as a cabinet maker and finish carpenter. Frank was a lifetime member of Sokol Hall, a member of the Army and Navy Club and the Royal Canadian Legion. In his spare time Frank enjoyed golfing, curling, fishing and playing cribbage. Frank is survived by sons, Jerry and Frank Jr. and daughter Doreen Rivest. Also left to mourn is Frank's brother Jim, sisters Cecila Napora, Donna LaPorte and Vera Boudin, as well as ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents John and Anne, wife Ruby, brothers: Bernie, Carl, John and Charlie and sisters: Phil, Gladys and Jean. The Funeral Ceremony was held at Memories Chapel on Monday, December 21, 2009 with Rev. Chris Arthur officiating. Pallbearers were Jerry Budinski, Frank Budinski Jr., Barry Budinski, Jerry Budinski Jr., Clinton Rivest and Dale Morris. Honorary pallbearer was Ethan Rivest. Interment followed in the Brandon Cemetery. Donations in memory of Frank may be made to a charity of choice. Expressions of sympathy may be made atwww.memorieschapel.com. Arrangements were with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.
