LUPTON: John (Jack) William Henry Lupton. On Wednesday, April 14, 2010 Jack passed away at the Carberry Hospital. Jack was born October 23, 1951 to W.H. (Bill) and Mayme Lupton (Huxley) at Carberry Hospital. Jack had a long career as the editor and owner of the Carberry News-Express which he took over from his father. He was a true anchor in the community and will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his father W.H. (Bill) Lupton, his sister Dr. Patricia Marie Malkin (1983), grandparents Thomas Lynden (Barney) Huxley, Margaret Huxley, Henry and Salome Lupton. Left to mourn his premature passing are loving wife Bernice (Wills) Lupton, mother Mayme Lupton, sister Peggy Wladyka (Greg) of Brandon and their families: Nancy, (Udo), Darrin and Paul, Chelsea, Erich & Hannah. Sister-in-law Bev Wills and her family: Angie (Troy) Reynolds and girls, Becky, Kaitlyn and Josie, Pats children Sariah and Aaron Malkin, mother-in-law Freda Wills (Lefty Tomes), brother-in-law Gerald Wills. Very special aunt and uncle Jack and Marie Huxley of Neepawa and their three very special girls Susan Buchanan (Rob), Joanne Nelson (Wayne), Lois Edmondson (Bob) and their families and many cousins in Canada and the States. Also very dear friend Ellen Smith and Heather and the Hill family who were a part of Jacks life. Graveside service was held at Carberry Cemetery on April 17, 2010 with Reverend Peggy Reid officiating. Lifes journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways totally worn out shouting - Woohoo! What a ride! Hell always be remembered as a manboth strong and good,Who gave his best for others and who didthe best he could.Hell always be remembered for all the joy he broughtAs a man who made a difference, And a man whomeant a lot.
