MATHISON: John McDonald Mathison, of Hamiota, Manitoba, beloved husband of Ruby; father of Frankie Dyck and Murray (Lynda) Mathison; grandfather of Jodi Dyck (Keith Moen), Chris Dyck, Shawn Dyck, Trina Mathison (Darren Eddie), Charlene Mathison (Chris Routledge), Leanne (Tom) Lelond; passed away at Lilac Residence, Hamiota, Manitoba, on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 92 years of age. A service to celebrate his life will be held at the Hamiota United Church, Hamiota, Manitoba, on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Hamiota Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in John’s memory to the Hamiota District Sports Complex, Box 100, Hamiota, Manitoba, R0M 0T0 or to the Hamiota United Church Memorial Fund, Hamiota, Manitoba, R0M 0T0.
