MacDEARMID: Mr. George Duncan MacDearmid, beloved husband of Luella and dear father of Georganne (Denis) Bisson, Ken (Jo-Ann) Holder and Brian (Michelle) Holder, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 15, 2010. A Celebration of George’s life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Dolloff of St. Mary’s Anglican Church officiating. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of George may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2W8 or the Diabetes Association, 727B – 10th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4G7 or to a charity of one’s choice.
