RAINE: Wilfrid Norval Raine of Somerset, Manitoba passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 16th, 2011, at the Lorne Memorial Hospital in Swan Lake, MB at the age of 86 years. Left to mourn Wilfrid’s passing are his beloved wife Cecile (nee Boulet), children Henriette (Romeo) Lemieux of Brandon, Manitoba, Tom (Leslie) Raine of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Richard (Ethel) Raine of Somerset, Manitoba and Annette (Lewis) Harvey of Stonewall, Manitoba, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Also left to mourn Wilfrid’s passing are brothers Lloyd (Hazel) and Donald (Esther), sisters Lois Holditch and Aileen Raine, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Wilfred was pre-deceased by his parents Wilfred and Martha (nee Krieger) Raine, His brother Charlie and sister Margaret Hammond. Prayers will be said on Thursday, January 20th, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in Budz Funeral Chapel, Holland, Manitoba. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from the Notre Dame de la Nativité Catholic Church, Somerset, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 21st, 2011. Interment will follow in the Somerset Parish Cemetery.
