Her compassion, caring, and affection to family and friends, was only surpassed by her gentleness. She made lifelong friends during all stages of her life and her devotion to her family remained constant. She had a loving and caring heart which was evidenced by all who knew her. Some of her favourite pastimes included baking, gardening, knitting, reading, crossword puzzles, Scrabble, Tile Rummy, watching "Jeopardy" and curling. She loved unconditionally and was an encourager and mentor to her girls.
