MAcDONALD: Alma Regina MacDonald of Treherne, MB, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011, in Treherne, MB at the age of 92 years. Alma leaves to mourn her passing, son Rod MacDonald of Spring Lake, AB, daughter Patricia Metcalfe of Treherne, MB, grandchildren Ryan (Angie) MacDonald, Kristin (Greg) Sowak, Jennifer MacDonald (Kris Algrem), Brad (Erin) MacDonald, Neil (Tammy) Metcalfe and Dena (Norm) Viallet, great-grandchildren Myles, Matthew, Abby, Eric, Brett, Danica and Jack, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Alma was predeceased by her husband Barry, her parents Nils and Anna (nee Karlsson) Sideen, brothers Karl, Charles (Eleda), Eric (Edythe), Oscar (Thelma) and Albert (Margaret), sisters Mary (Tony) Berglund, Emy (Raymond) Glavish and Ellen (Robert) Jones, and by her son-in-law Jack Metcalfe. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date. The family gratefully declines flowers.
