KRESHEWSKI: The death of Dick Kreshewski, beloved husband of Marion, occurred at his residence, Fairview Home on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the age of 84 years. Dick was born on December 26, 1926 at Marco, Manitoba. He grew up on the family farm near Marco and received his education at Marconi School. He worked at a variety of jobs before being employed with the country circulation department of Winnipeg Free Press for 35 years - retiring in 1990. Weekends were often spent working njoying his country farmland at Olha, Manitoba. Dick enjoyed travelling, he went on many bustours with Marion and Wayne. He also enjoyed the many trips with his paper carriers. Dick is survived by his wife Marion, sister Lena, brother Tony, sisters-in-law Emily, Cecelia and Wilma as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his son Wayne, parents Michael and Annie Kreshewski, brothers: Peter, Sam, Bill and nephew Blaine. Funeral service will be held at Calvary Temple, 620-34th Street on Monday, July 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Jennings officiating. Viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Heather Kryshewsky, Mary-Anne Ploshinsky, Michael Krys hewsky, John Kryshewsky, Larry Kryshewski and Bill Finch. Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Dick to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba,Westman Region, Unit 4B - 457 9th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 1K2 or to a charity of choice.Expressions of sympathy may be made atwww.memorieschapel.com.
