VAN DAMME: Cecile Van Damme (nee Hutlet). Peacefully at the Rideau Park Personal Care Home on Friday, September 23, 2011, Mrs. Cecile Van Damme of Brandon, Manitoba passed away at the age of 94 years. Cecile leaves to mourn her passing five children: Harvey (Bev Tosh), Dorothy (Gerard Sanders), Dennis (Betty- Anne Van De Kerckhove), Roger (Jean Halliday) and Ivan (Paulette Desrochers); 11 grandchildren: Shelley (Jerry Crampain), Darren Van Damme, Eileen Sanders, Tricia (Steve Trembecki), Ian (Joanne Swanson) Sanders, Connie (Derek Donais), Crystal (David Todd), Lisa (Jaret Rowan), Clayton Van Damme, Sherry Van Damme, Darcy Van Damme (Danielle Fouillard) and numerous great-grandchildren. Cecile was predeceased by her husband Leon Julienne Van Damme in 1970 and by their three children: Joseph, Rita and Doris. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Alphonse Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, September 29, 2011. Prayers at 1:30, Funeral Mass at 2 p.m. followed by a private family interment in the Parish Cemetery, with Father Francis Eworo officiating.
