LEWIS: Mr. Clive D. Lewis passed away at the Melita Personal Care Home, Melita, MB. on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the age of 97. He was predeceased by his parents Evan & Catherine Lewis; in-laws Russell & May Stewart; two sisters: Gwen & Sybil; four brothers: Pryce, Frank, Dean and Alfred; three sisters-in-law: Erma Lewis, Georgie Bawtinhimer and Cecile Lewis; two brothers -in-law: Mel Boyd and Joe Bawtinhimer. Clive is survived by his wife Dorothy; son Gerald (Diane) Lewis; daughters: Blythe (Marcus) Shnitka, Colleen (Ray) Smithson, and Marilyn (Bill) Holden all of Melita; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister Kae Boyd of Wawanesa; sister- in-law Mary Lewis of Melita; brother-in-law Murray (Margaret) Stewart of Medora; numerous nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Clive's life will be held at the Victoria United Church, Melita, MB. on Friday, January 27, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Allan Gairns will officiate. Interment will take place at the Medora Cemetery at a later date. Following the service you are invited to join the family at the C.E. Hall for lunch and visiting.
