BULL: Howard Edward Bull, Jan. 17,1933 - Feb. 4, 2012. Howard passed away peacefully with family at his side, after a short battle with cancer on Feb 4,2012 at the Hamiota Hospital. Howard was born in Hamiota Hospital on Jan 17,1933, the third of seven boys to Edward & Hazel Bull of Oak River. Howard attended school in Strathclair and later attended Manitoba Tech School in Winnipeg, taking mechanics and following his father's footsteps at Bull's Garage which operated for 66 plus years in Strathclair. Howard enjoyed fishing ,camping and anything that involved working with engines. Howard's later hobbies was with The Old Iron Club restoring old engines. Howard's best memory with the club was restoring an old Romely tractor, which can be seen around Strathclair. Howard spent endless hours after his retirement working with Willard and David Moffat in their shop. Howard married Ellen Woychyshyn on September 22, 2007, and they resided in Strathclair area until Howard's passing. Howard was pre-deceased by his parents, Edward and Hazel Bull; brothers Lloyd, Earl and his first wife Edith Bull. Howard leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Ellen Woychyshyn-Bull and family, brothers Larry, Don, Ken, Bob and families. Funeral services will be held at the Baptist Church in Strathclair on Wednesday February 8th, 2012 at 2 o'clock. Services will be performed by Reverend Knight and Reverend Isaak.
