CLARK: Juliana (Jule) V. Clark, 85 of Eau Claire, WI passed away peacefully, February 9th, 2012 in Eau Claire, WI. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada on December 26th 1926 to the late James R. and Vera (McGregor) McMillan. Her childhood was spent growing up in the Foxwarren, Manitoba area. Jule graduated from the Misericordia Hospital School of Nursing in 1949 and went on to work as an RN at Swedish Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. She remained there until 1953 when she returned to Manitoba, Canada and married the love of her life, James (Jim) H. Clark. In 1976, Jims job brought them to Deforest, WI where they lived for many years. As a life long member of Beta Sigma Phi, she built friendships that lasted throughout her lifetime. She was an avid sport enthusiast, fiercely loyal to her Packers and Brewers. In her later years, Jule moved to Oakwood Hills Independent living where her outgoing personality and bingo prowess made her a favorite among the residents. Jule is survived by her children; Jeff Clark of Billings Montana; Patti (Mike) Harrington of Eau Claire, WI; and Lori (Les) Clark-Borchardt of Pepin, WI; and grandchildren Shaina Olson of New York, NY; Brennan Olson of Roseville, MN; and Chelsea Wilfong of Eau Claire, WI. Jule is preceded in death by her husband, Jim. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Daniel Burns and the staff at the Albert J. and Judith A. Dunlap Cancer Center for their caring concern and support for Jule. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff at Oakwood Hills Independent Living, Jule loved her time there. A memorial service is planned for early May at the United Church of Christ in Windsor, WI. Interment will be in the Windsor Congregational Cemetery.
