GARDNER: The death of Donald Leverne Gardner of Brandon, occurred in the city on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Don was born in Brandon on May 29, 1932, son of George and Elsie Gardner. For many years, he operated Don Gardner Clothes in downtown Brandon. He is survived by his wife, Judy, daughter, Perri Gardner (Garry Rainnie) and sister-in-law, Gerri (Jack) Baillie. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Cliff Gardner. A private service will be held. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Don to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200 17th Street East, Brandon, MB R7A 7M6 or to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba - Westman Region, Unit 4B- 4579th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 1K2.
