COULING: Gary Kenneth Couling, beloved husband of Tami, father to Leonard, and Danielle died suddenly at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, April 15, 2012. Gary was born in Brandon on February 15, 1964, attending school in Brandon, graduating from Crocus Plains in 1983. He played football and participated enthusiastically in the drama club. Gary met Tami in Cold Lake AB and they were wed in September 1998. They welcomed Leonard in August 2000 and Danielle in September 2003. Gary followed his dream into broadcasting until 2002, when due to family responsibilities, Gary pursued several other work avenues. The family moved back to Brandon in 2005. Besides his family, Gary is survived by his parents, Larry and Jean; sisters, Stacy and her daughter Ruby; Kelli and husband Korry Rothwell. He also leaves his father-in-law Peter Briere and wife Lea; mother -in-law Marieanne Harris; sisters and brothers-in-law; Cindy and Willy Boerdyk, Melodie and Dean Baskerville, Brian and Kelly Briere and Charity and Jason Machney and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandparents Jim and Ellen Beilby and Grace and Leonard Couling. The Funeral Service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 - 18th Street North, Brandon on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Dave Wilson will officiate. Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery.
