McMANUS: Barbara Jean McManus, nee Gordon passed away peacefully at the age of 60 in the Neepawa hospital on May 2, 2012. Barb was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 19, 1951. She was the eldest daughter of Beth and Earle Gordon. In her early years, Barb was very involved in the Minnedosa United church junior and senior choirs and the CGIT (Canadian Girls in Training). After retiring from TD, she took a joint position with the Neepawa and Minnedosa Credit Union. Barb had a great love for music, old movies, cooking, wine, family, the three little grandsons and friends. You could always count on a great meal and an abundance of food and laughter around Barb's table. Her battle with cancer was fought with dignity and courage.
