BARRON: Frances Elizabeth Barron. Peacefully on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Douglas Campbell Lodge, Frances Elizabeth Barron of Portage la Prairie passed away at the age of 100. Predeceased by her parents, her brothers Lloyd and Donald Fisher, her husband Walter Barron, her daughter Gwenneth Mytruk. She leaves to mourn her passing her sons Douglas (Jackie) Barron of Killarney, Kenneth (Eileen) Barron of Brandon. Also surviving is her sister in law Betty fisher of Nampa, Idaho. Surviving grandchildren are Dean of British Columbia, Kevin (Christine) Mytruk of Kenora, Ontario, Cameron (Georgette) Barron of Brandon, Lisa (Keith) Kocins of London, Ontario. Great grandchildren are Ty & Mia Mytruk of Kenora, Matthew & Michelle Kocins of London, Ontario and Liam and Brooklyn Barron of Brandon. She will be especially missed by her niece Elaine (Ron) Tidsbury and family, who have been a great support over the years. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. A family interment will take place prior to the service at the McKenzie Cemetery, High Bluff, Manitoba.
