DOHAN: It is with great sadness that the family of Erin Samantha Dohan, beloved daughter of Terrie and Kevin, announce that her death occurred on Sunday, November 4, 2012. Born January 12, 1996 in Brandon, Erin attended school at George Fitton Elementary, Harrison Junior High and Crocus Plains High School and had been employed at Tim Horton's for over a year. Erin was a member of the school band at both Harrison and Crocus Plains schools. She enjoyed cosmo, music, sports and driving her new car. Her musical talent wasshown when she played the flute, saxophone and guitar. Left to cherish fond memories of Erin are her mother Terrie (Mike); father Kevin (Cindy); sisters Kelly and Dayna; grandparents Ivan and Tillie Dohan, Jim and Paulette Sherb and Murray and Marg Van Buskirk as well as Auntie Mel (Trevor), Auntie Breigh-Anne, Uncle Peter and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her great grandparents; Uncles Bill Wright and Eugene Dohan and cousin Shelly Dohan. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North on Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at BethelChristian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue, Brandon on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Honorary pallbearers will be Bailey Addison, Tyler Motheral and Brett Stewart. Pallbearers are Chris Heywood, Bryan Podworny, Troy Heywood, Russell Van Buskirk, Lorne McKee and Kelvin Shervell. Interment will follow at Brandon Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Erin may be made to the Epilepsy and Seizure Association of Manitoba, 4 - 1805 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB R2V 2A2.
