DUNNE: Dorothy Jean (Kingsbury) of Brandon, MB, formerly of Regina, SK, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, August 15, 2013 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Dorothy was born in Oxbow, SK on July 24, 1950. She is survived by her two sisters, Georgina (Lorne) Edwards, Lynne (Greg) Halliday; six nieces and nephews, Chris (Parischat) Edwards, Shari Edwards, Kristy, Ryan (Brenna), Taylor and Dylan Halliday; four great nieces and nephews, Aleesha and Anata Edwards, Jaycee and Carson Halliday; as well as an aunt, Helen Kingsbury. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Isabella and Clark Kingsbury and aunts and uncles. A service of remembrance will be held at Brandon City Hall (Foyer), 410-9th Street, on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 2R3.
