BRUGGER: John Richard “Dick” Brugger of Minnedosa, MB passed away on August 24, 2013 at the Minnedosa Personal Care Home at the age of 90 years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Minnedosa United Church. Interment will take place at the Minnedosa Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Minnedosa Personal Care Home, the Alzheimer’s Society of Manitoba, or a charity of your choice.
