STANICK: Cindy Stanick of Brandon passed away April 11, 2014 at the Assiniboine Centre at the age of 66. After a 2 year courageous battle with cancer, Cindy went to be with her Lord. She grew up in St. Lazare, moved to Brandon and married. Her long career with the Westman Central Laundry kept her busy and she loved it. She will be missed terribly by everyone that knew her. Cindy is survived by her husband Brian Stanick, sons: Michael Stanick and his daughter Abbey, Jeffrey Stanick, daughters: Raquelle (Brian) Baker, and their children Tyler and Camryn, Shannon (Chad) Daciuk and their children Payton and Macy. The funeral was held on April 14, 2014 from St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church with Father Kevin Smith officiating. Interment followed in Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were George Miller, Darren Tremblay, Pit Tremblay, Jody Tremblay, Roger Tremblay, Jonathon Munro, Justin Munro, and Dillon Tremblay. Braendle-Bruce Funeral Service of Russell, MB was in care of arrangements. (204) 773-2747.
