LEAN: On Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the Minnedosa Personal Care Home, Alex Lean, formerly of Moline and Brandon, peacefully passed from this life at the age 94 years. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 65 years, Mae, as well as his two children Alexis (Mel) Harvey of Minnedosa and Dennis (Jeanette) Lean of Edmonton. A memorial service will be held at the Minnedosa United Church, 48 Main Street South, on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Natasha Pearen officiating. Lunch will follow in the Church hall with interment to be held later in the afternoon, all are welcome to attend. Donations in memory of Alex may be made to the Minnedosa Personal Care Home “Patio Fund”, Box 960, Minnedosa, MB, R0J 1E0.
