SHAW: With family by his side, Clifford William Shaw passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014 at the Portage General Hospital. Cliff was born on July 9, 1940 in Deloraine, MB. He was raised and attended school in Lavinia and Hamiota. On August 14, 1962 he married Elinor Baxter of Hamiota. He worked for Co-op Lumber in Canora, NorQuay and Whitewood, Sask and MacGregor, MB, previous to joining partnership in Keystone Power Products. He continued with small engine repair in MacGregor and Portage la Prairie. He drove school bus for Pine Creek School Division until retirement. His family was the most important part of his life. He enjoyed coaching hockey, photography, stock car racing, motorcycles, reading and country music. He was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Esther Shaw. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Elinor; children Debbie (Jim) and Brad (Brenda) and grandson Kyle. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Michael, Danielle, Melissa, Chelsea and great granddaughter Darla; sister Kaye (Bruce) Lyng; brother-in -law Jim (Lynne) Baxter and various nieces and nephews.
