CALE: Rowland Wilfrid entered peacefully to be with the Lord, with his family by his side, at the Red Deer Hospice on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the age of 83 years. Rollie is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Gladys; son Doug (Lorraine); daughter Carol (Lloyd); four grandchildren Cristal (Stephen), Tiffani (Dave), Ashley (Jason), Steven (Nikki); two step-grandchildren Stephen and Dustin and two great-grandchildren Tristan and Shayla. Also surviving Rollie are brothers, Milo (Beth) and Ken (Doris); sisters-in-law Lil and Emily, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rollie was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Elvin and Don. A celebration in honor of Rollie’s Life was held at the CrossRoads Church, July 25th, in Red Deer, AB. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice Society, 99 - Arnot Ave., Red Deer, AB T4R 3S6.
