GRIFT: Joseph Willie Hector “Bill” Grift. Passed away at the Glenboro Health Centre, on Thursday August 7, 2014 at the age of 85 years, Joseph Willie Hector “Bill” Grift, of Glenboro MB. Bill is survived by his wife Margaret (nee Van Den Bussche), six children, Cathy Ramage of Glenboro, Gary (Laura) of Edmonton AB, Ken (Lynn) of Sherwood Park AB, Bonny (Phil) Major of Glenboro, Frances Grift of Glenboro, Barb McLennan of Baldur, 14 grandchildren & 15 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Annette Gardiner & Rose Pezzella both of Calgary, brother Don (Mildred) Donaldson of Santa Barbara California as well as numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. Bill was predeceased by his daughter Karen Harasymchuk, son-in- law Colin McLennan, parents Anthony & Florence Grift & by a brother George Grift. Funeral services will be held in the Willmor Chapel, Glenboro, on Wednesday August 13, 2014 at 11:00 am with eulogy & video tribute prior at 10:30 am. Father Phillip Malayil officiating. Following the service, a reception will be held in the C.E. Building, Glenboro. Interment will take place at St John Berchmans Cemetery, Holland MB, at approx. 2:00 pm.
