SHEESHKA: Caroline Sheeshka of Shoal Lake formerly of Oakburn passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the age of 100 years 308 days. Caroline is survived by her son Myrcel (Shirley) Sheeshka of Brandon, daughter Sonia (Tony) Nowosad of Oakburn, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. The funeral service will be held from the Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Oakburn, on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Mykhaylo Khomitskyy officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be said Friday, December 12, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. from Rae’s Funeral Chapel, Shoal Lake. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Oakburn Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery or the Morley House of Shoal Lake Personal Care Home, Shoal Lake.
