TEETAERT: January 8, 1927 - November 13, 2014. Its with loving memory that we announce the death of Claudette Teetaert.Claudette, the daughter of Raymond and Celina Christiaens was born in Oostkamp Belgium. She was predeceased by her husband David Teetaert and brothers and sisters in law August and Maria Teetaert, and Lloyd and Margaret Bolduc. She is survived by her children and their families: Dolores and Wayne Howden, Kevin (Val) and daughter Noella and Darren , Dennis and Kathy Teetaert, Devin and Martine, Larry and Sharron Teetaert, Kristen (Darren) Martens and son Avery, Shanley Teetaert (David Kucbel) and daughter Alexis, and Callie Teetaert (Andrew Crump), and Lynol and Donna Teetaert, Penny (Tom) Canon and Jodie (Todd) Andrews and sons Mathew, Michael and Darcy. Upon her marriage to David Teetaert in 1947, she lived and worked on the farm near Medora where she raised 4 children. Here she spent her time gardening , help Dave on the farm and attending many sports events which her children participated in. After moving to Deloraine she became involved in many community organizations including the CWL, WI, Mountview Centre and Lukken Fest. Along with husband David, Claudette enjoyed the outdoors. They loved fishing, boating, camping, berry picking and travelling. Playing cards and being a member of several coffee ladies groups kept her busy on weekdays She spent her retiment njoying her grand and great grandchildren . December of 2004 she moved to the Cenntinal Apartments where she enjoyed living and visiting with the residents until her death on November 13th 2014. Funeral services were held at St. Antoninus Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014 at 10:30. The Interment was at the Deloraine Catholic Cemetery.
