STEELE: It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of a loving father & grandfather (great), George Donald Steele of Glenboro MB, at the Glenboro Health Centre on Saturday December 20, 2014 at the age of 82 years. Don leaves to mourn his passing his daughter Kim & son-in-law Rod Shewfelt of Winnipeg, son Jim & daughter-in-law Jackie of Glenboro, grandchildren Trish (Trevor) Kawka, Mathew (Tricia) Shewfelt, Trevor (Claudia) Steele, Jenny Steele (Mike Sigvaldason); five great grandchildren Liam, Ivy, Nathan, Amy & Maxxine; sisters, Jean Newton, Doreen Bjornson & Lorna Wallis all of Glenboro as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends. Don was predeceased by his wife Marie (nee Arran) in 2013, parents John & Ellen Steele, brothers-in-law Mundi Goodmanson, Wayne Newton, Mundi Bjornson & Roy Wallis. Funeral services will held on Tuesday December 23, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Kinsmen Community Hall with Sharon Hamilton officiating.
