BROOKS: Ewart Norval passed away February 9, 2015 at 86 years old. He was born in Hamiota, MB on January 21, 1929 and lived his entire life on the family farm one mile north and one mile east of Hamiota. He was predeceased by his wife Rosalie. Norval is lovingly remembered by his children, Doug (Donna), Dennis (Dianne), Nancy (Norman), and Warren (Kathy) and their families.Do not stand at my grave and weep;I am not there, I do not sleep.I am a thousand winds that blow.I am the diamond glints on snow.I am the sunlight on ripened grainI am the gentle autumn rain.When you awaken in the morning’s hushI am the swift uplifting rushOf quiet birds in circled flightI am the soft stars that shine at nightDo not stand at my grave and cry;I am not there, I did not die.
