DENNIS: Rachel V. Dennis (née Drake). On February 21, 2015, Rachel passed away peacefully in to the arms of Jesus, her Lord and Saviour. She was born in Portland, Oregon on September 28, 1921. Rachel is survived by her son Jerry (Margaret) of Sandy Lake, MB, grandchildren Jennifer Dennis (Paul) of Kingston, ON, Jamie Dennis (Shawn) of Syracuse, NY and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Sherman Drake and niece Janice Cannarile of WA, as well as many nieces and nephews. Rachel moved to Brandon in 2009, when her son and daughter-in-law relocated here. The family would like to thank the management and staff of Victoria Landing and Fairview Home for the excellent care she received. The funeral service and interment will be held in Revelstoke, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rachel may be made to the Brandon Humane Society, 2200-17th Street East, Brandon, MB, R7A 7M6.
