ELLCHUK: Andrew Ellchuk of Sandy Lake passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Minnedosa Health Centre at the age of 91 years. Andrew is survived by his wife Carrie, sons: Les (Cheryl) of Onanole and Brent of Winnipeg. Also surviving is his brother Alex (Ann) of Toronto. Andrew was predeceased by his son Dale. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, Sandy Lake. Prayers will be said on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Father Emil Kardasinec will officiate. Rae’s Funeral Service of Shoal Lake is in care of the arrangements. (204)759-2160.
