DELICHTE: Celest Octave Delichte. Passed away at the Foyer Notre Dame, Notre Dame de Lourdes MB, on Sunday May 24, 2015 at the age of 91 years, Celest Octave Delichte, of St. Alphonse, MB. Celest leaves to mourn his passing his five children, Christine (Dave) McLean of Taber AB, Lois (Rob) Dupuis of Athabasca AB, Sheila (Calvin) Gayowski of Kelowna B.C., Jacqueline Coxe of Kaledon B.C., Mark Delichte of Bruxelles MB, 8 grandchildren & one great grandchild; also a brother Lawrence (Yvonne) Delichte of St. Alphonse, sister Marjorie Fedak of Winnipeg as well as numerous nieces & nephews. Celest was predeceased by a son Clarence, mother of his children Irene (nee Mangin), parents Arthur & Celina Delichte, son-in-law Barrie Coxe & by brother- in-law Bill Fedak. Prayers will be held at the Jamieson Holland Funeral Chapel, Holland MB on Thursday May 28, 2015 at 7:30 pm. Mass of the Christian Burial will take place on Friday May 29, 2015 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of The Rosary Catholic Church, 478 McKenzie St. Winnipeg, MB with Father Dominic Boulet as Celebrant. Reception to follow in the church lower level. Interment will take place at St. Alphonse Parish Cemetery, St. Alphonse MB, on Friday at approx. 2:30pm, with a light lunch to follow in the Parish Hall. Everyone is welcome. Friends that so wish, memorial donations can be made in memory of Celests to a charity of ones choice.
